About this module
This module offers an introduction to earth building and its contemporary significance as a sustainable construction method. Participants will explore diverse earth building types, their applications and inherent properties. Those enrolled will learn how to create frame earth structures, delve into the reuse of onsite materials, examine practical applications of rammed earth and grasp the need for further training.
The course also covers the regulatory landscape from international standards to specifications allowing for practical implementation in design and construction processes.
